Diligent service for fall cottage winterization maintenance.

Plumbing

• Draining of all water lines.
• Draining of hot water tank.
• Winterizing the toilet with antifreeze.
• Adding or removing antifreeze in traps.
• Winterizing the pump.
• Leaving outdoor hose taps open.

Fridge

• Disposal of all contents from the fridge and freezer.
• Cleaning up any melted ice in the freezer.
• General wipe down of fridge and freezer.
• Leave fridge and freezer doors ajar for winter.

Final Check

• Switching off the main breaker at the electrical panel.
• Sweep up floors in bathrooms, entrance and fridge area.
• Return key to designated hiding location.

Everything in our standard package plus 1 of the following extras:

• Gutter Debris removal
• Outdoor furniture pack-up
• Bbq cleaning and packup
• Exterior window cleaning
• Clean and pack-up kayaks, canoes
• 2 dump runs of brush (max 12’x5’x3’ trailer size for each load)
• Interior cottage clean (sweep, dust, wipe down bathroom and kitchen)
• 15’ perimeter rake and leaf blower. Includes one dump run of leaves or brush (max 12’x5’x3’ trailer size for each load)

Executive Cottage Winterization
