Diligent service for fall cottage winterization maintenance.
Plumbing
- Draining of all water lines.
- Draining of hot water tank.
- Winterizing the toilet with antifreeze.
- Adding or removing antifreeze in traps.
- Winterizing the pump.
- Leaving outdoor hose taps open.
Fridge
- Disposal of all contents from the fridge and freezer.
- Cleaning up any melted ice in the freezer.
- General wipe down of fridge and freezer.
- Leave fridge and freezer doors ajar for winter.
Final Check
- Switching off the main breaker at the electrical panel.
- Sweep up floors in bathrooms, entrance and fridge area.
- Return key to designated hiding location.

- 2 dump runs of brush (max 12’x5’x3’ trailer size for each load)
- Interior cottage clean (sweep, dust, wipe down bathroom and kitchen)
- 15’ perimeter rake and leaf blower. Includes one dump run of leaves or brush (max 12’x5’x3’ trailer size for each load)
